If you are not completely satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Exceptions
While we aim to ensure a smooth experience for all customers, refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- Evidence of service abuse or violation of our Terms of Service
- Special promotions or discounted subscriptions with custom refund conditions (clearly stated at purchase)
- Reseller accounts and business packages, which may have separate refund terms
